The ECOsystem Group Founder and Mentor, Lawrence Yard, Jr.
Lawrence has always had a passion for teaching, coaching and mentoring. He now lives in Atlanta and is goal setting some new dreams. He started dating his high school sweetheart, Chanelle Yard 33 years ago. Chanelle has a strong passion for Early Childhood Education and owns a daycare, Chanelle’s Learning Center since 2010. Today they have been married for 27 years and share three beautiful children, Jasmine, Trey and Sierra. While Jasmine, Trey and Sierra possess strong creative skills in film, software game design and art respectively.

Terry Parham has served for 30 years as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) tracking and arresting international drug traffickers around the globe. Working in New England, Miami, D.C. and Argentina and Peru. Mr. Parham has worked with U.S. and foreign police departments, federal law enforcement agencies and foreign dignitaries as well as diplomats in support of DEA’s vital mission to enforce US drug laws.
He enjoys family life with his wife, Marie and three children (Damien, Malea, and Andre) and grandson, Enzo. For enjoyment, he watches sports and plays jazz piano with jazz bands and musicians throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
Mr. Parham is a native of Brockton, Massachusetts and graduate of Northeastern University.

Harman M. Hall is a dynamic hospitality leader with 19 years of industry experience, including 15 years in senior management. Currently serving as Chief Enthusiast and General Manager of Canopy by Hilton Baltimore Harbor Point, Mr. Hall has consistently driven exceptional performance throughout his career.
His leadership has earned numerous accolades, including First Hospitality's President's Award and recognition by Good Housekeeping Magazine. Properties under his management have achieved top 5% brand rankings and TripAdvisor excellence.
Mr. Hall holds a B.S. in Business with a focus in Hospitality Management from the University of Phoenix and served as a Guest Lecturer at Georgia State and Kennesaw State Universities.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, he led the hospitality ministry at Progressive Baptist Church in Chicago Illinois.
His guiding philosophy: "Our gifts and talents are not ours to keep; we have a responsibility to use them in service to others."

Kim is a Senior Marketing Associate with one of the largest architecture and engineering firms in the Southeast.
As an ECOsystem Group Ambassador, she will assist and coordinate with any marketing and website promotional ideas. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business marketing. In addition to her professional achievements, Kim has been a dedicated mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta for 9 years, being named Big Sister of the Year in 2024. She has spent nearly a decade guiding her now 16-year-old mentee, Shalea (on left), who she has been mentoring since age 7. Kim and Shalea’s favorite activity together is assembling “blessing bags” for the homeless. These bags contain essential items, and they keep them in their car to distribute to those in need on street corners.

Kenneth Moore is a co-founder of the ECOsystem Group. He created the logo and also named the mentorship. He is originally from Detroit, MI, but has lived in Georgia, Colorado, and Texas. Ken’s passion for reading and mentoring led to the foundation of the organization. After performing dual roles as a mentee and mentor, Ken was nominated to Mentee Ambassador in 2022. In this new role, Ken will work on engaging with mentees, including meeting one on one to encourage both short and long term goals, plus sending inspirational quotes and managing online sport leagues.
Kenneth lives with his beautiful wife, Janelle and two amazing kids, Jayden and Bryson. He roots for all Atlanta sports teams and loves playing video games.
