Damon E. Henderson
Damon Henderson is from Pasadena, California, he was raised by a teacher and a community coach who taught him the value of mentorship early. He has spent over 20 years in electronic engineering, including work with NASA JPL, and he graduated from DeVry University in 1994. Today, he gives back by mentoring youth through football with i9 Sports, and as Lead Mentor with The ECOsystem Group helping kids grow in both character and confidence. Mentorship is part of his foundation and it’s something he lived his whole life.

Lawrence E. Yard, Jr.
Lawrence Yard, Jr. is son of Lawrence Yard, Sr. and Sheila Moore. He was born in Boston and grew up in Natick, Massachusetts. He went to school at Fitchburg State University where he joined Student Government Association, Business Society, Marketing Management Group, Black Student Union, National Fraternity, and became Senior Class President. He also worked for Campus Police, Campus Bookstore and was a Manager at Walgreens all while taking five classes a semester. He worked for Mercedes Benz, Bank of America, and Fiserv before becoming a teacher for three years in Science and Math. In 2021 he founded The ECOsystem Group and served as CEO for the next five years.

MentorKenneth B. Moore
Kenneth Moore is originally from Detroit, MI, but has lived in Georgia, Colorado, and Texas. In 2010, he started venturing into creative spaces; he created logos, movie concepts, music and designed baseball caps. In 2020 he designed The ECOsystem Group logo and name. In 2025, he founded Ken City Caps, he quickly gained followers and created customized caps for The ECOsystem Group in 2026. Kenneth lives with his beautiful wife, Janelle and two amazing kids, Jayden and Bryson. He roots for all Atlanta sports teams and loves playing video games.

RECRUITMENT OF MENTORS
The ECOsystem Group recruits working professionals to create a branch of appropriate mentors (either volunteers or paid staff mentors), in sufficient numbers, by implementing a formal recruitment plan outlined by MENTOR.
Entrepreneurs moving in coordination to strengthen the community through personal growth and development resulting in boundless possibilities.
